Carrion Hag

"This vulture-headed crone has a sickly look, her oily feathered body matted and clumpy, with missing patches all over revealing festering skin underneath."
This creature is about the size of a man (or taller, but hunched over to be the same height). It is a female creature, and as the description states: it has a vulture head and a greasy oily black-feathered body.

It's hard to recognize this character is a female,so the first thing I did was add some thin hair on her head.
As she's a hag after all,I think a robe and some skulls are necessary.
And she's using some cheap ropes to tie up everything.
